Kasper Bihlet, Certified Lead Investor

Kasper is a certified multifamily lead investor within Lifestyles Unlimited International. Kasper is originally from Skagen, Denmark and moved to the USA in 1997. With a background as a maritime executive he was overseeing North and South America managing the offices and developing long term business relationships with major blue-chip companies’ shipping cargo’s worldwide on a fleet of about 55 vessels. In the project heavy lift maritime industry, he has a strong background in Project management, HSE, negotiations and operations as well as always finding new innovative products and ideas to improve the bottom line.

 

His experience analyzing, bidding, competing, contracting, procuring, operating, and attending load/ discharge operations of vessels translates directly to the real estate business.  Kasper understands that real estate is a “team sport” with a dynamic market that needs to be constantly evaluated.

 

Kasper’s focus is on multifamily acquisitions, investor relations and vendor management/ procurement.
